Your First Showroom Appointment – The First Step

Your initial visit is designed to give you inspiration, guidance, and a better understanding of your personal style and design direction. It's the perfect opportunity to explore your ideas and start shaping your vision—with no commitment required.

If you decide to move forward, you can upgrade to our full design service package, which includes in-home measurements, detailed planning, and professional 3D renderings—all available for a fee as part of the next phase.

Once you officially begin a project with us, these services are included as part of the full design process and applied toward the overall project cost.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

During your first visit, you'll meet with one of our designers and go through a short questionnaire to understand your needs and preferences. Topics include:

  • Your budget
  • Desired timeline
  • Your design style
  • Specific wants and needs for your space

You’ll also be able to explore a variety of cabinet styles and finishes in our showroom, receive professional recommendations, custom options, and a preliminary price estimate— all in a relaxed and no-pressure environment.

Pro Tip

To get the most out of your consultation, we recommend bringing photos and rough measurements of your existing kitchen. This helps us create an initial layout and provide a more accurate estimate during your meeting.

Together with your designer, you'll work through a Basic Flow Design and get an initial estimate to kick things off.

1. RTA (Ready to Assemble) Cabinets

Factory-made cabinets in standard sizes (in 3-inch increments).

2. Custom Cabinets

Tailor-made just for you—from scratch.

Designed to fit your space, style, and needs perfectly, with every detail custom-crafted. Our experts will help you find the ideal solution for your space with exact measurements, custom design, and a truly unique result.

Delivery & Assembly Options

We offer two main delivery methods, depending on your needs and convenience:

In-House Delivery

Direct delivery to your doorstep by our own team—no third-party contractors. Everything arrives at once, fully coordinated.

White Glove Delivery (Premium Service)

Our professional crew delivers and carefully places your cabinets exactly where you want them—offering a smooth and meticulous experience.

Assembled Delivery (Optional Add-On)

Prefer to skip the assembly? You can opt to have your cabinets delivered already built and ready to install—a great time-saver. This add-on is available for both standard and premium delivery services, so your contractor can simply place and install them.
