We walked into the KB showroom to look at cabinets and counter tops for our kitchen remodel. Shon was so helpful in guiding us, we loved his suggestions. Although we had several other quotes, Shon's design was perfect, giving us a more open kitchen that flows into our family room. He even suggested (without my saying anything) that we add a built in desk. This was something I wanted but the other contractors said it wouldn't work. But then they couldn't see beyond the existing footprint. We hired KB and are delighted with the results.

This is a very professional organization with a clear commitment to customer service and the sale of high-quality products. The designer we used was very knowledgeable and patient. We needed to tweak our project several times and she was very responsive. We found their price to be competitive. Because our contractor, and not KB, would be installing our purchase we paid for KB to deliver our materials. Although, KB only offers curbside delivery, KB agreed that their delivery folks would move the materials to a storage room directly accessible from the driveway. KB let us know well in advance of our delivery window and on delivery day called to let us know that the truck was on its way.
